Order Processing, Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing our products, you agreed to the following: 

•  48 hours order processing not including weekends and holidays. Eg. If you placed on order on Monday, it will be processed on Wednesday. If you placed an order on Friday or weekend, it will be processed Tuesday. 

• For health and safety purposes, J Inof Beauty will NOT accept returns  /  exchanges for opened and used products.

• ALL sales / discounted items are FINAL SALES.  

• You can return or exchange your UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 2 weeks after receipt. (Please note that refund or exchange is not guaranteed. Returned items MUST passed our quality inspection for reselling purposes.) You will ship the products back to us at your own cost. We will notify you once we’ve received your return. An inspection will be conducted to determine if the item is in resell condition. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If approved for exchange, the correct item will be sent to you immediately. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
